Exchanges, Returns and Defectives

• Items personalized with a number, name or initials are final sale; no exchanges or returns

• Items with club embellishment, not specific to a player can be exchanged only; no returns

• Items without any embellishment can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving an order

• Defective claims must be made within 60 days of receiving an order

• Defectives examples include:

• Seams coming undone

• Backpack and jacket zippers breaking

• Embellishment not staying attached

• Soccer Pro reserves the right to fix and/or repair any item deemed defective prior to replacing or refunding

• Double check your sizes

• We often process pieces in bulk and are not able to catch orders with mismatched sizes

• We also do not compare sizes to age groups and will not catch if a sizes seems appropriate for a particular age group

• Drying items especially embellished items in the dryer may ruin the numbers, logos, or initials. We are always willing to help fix an issue; however, we are not able to replace the items if this happens.

Processing and Delivery

• Standard Order Processing Times For Individual Orders:

• Peak Season: 2-3 Weeks (Between order dates of 1/1-3/31 and 6/1-8/31)

• Off Season 1-2 Weeks (Between order dates of 4/1-5/31 and 9/1-12/31)

• Standard Order Processing Times For Bulk Team Orders:

• If your club has opted for bulk team deliveries, our target delivery date will be the requested date given to us

• All orders placed during the open ordering window will be processed together regardless of date placed

• Late orders will be processed after bulk orders are complete
